What do others think of the program?
"I could already feel the difference in how I felt and dealt with people when I was only halfway through the process. I thought that it can't be this simple, but it is, and it permanently changed my life."
Kim C. , Operations Manager
"After years of looking for answers and hours of therapy where we talked and talked about it, it felt amazing to actually DO something about how I felt! I could feel and see the release of all that I had been carrying around for years with this person, even stuff I had no idea was affecting me. This brought it all the surface and then cleaned house! Amazing."
Jack D. , CEO
"I went along as a friend to support someone, and I was sure I did not need this. It was for him, I thought. I walked away with a healing I didn't even know I needed. I would suggest this for ANYone!"
Steven P. , Mortgage Branch Manager
Grief Recovery Program
We all experience loss at times in our life. Some losses seems huge and people may "allow" us a little time to get past things such as losing a loved one, ending a marriage, or having a miscarriage. Other losses, such as relationships ending, the loss of a job, moving, or saying goodbye to a pet are overlooked as "common", as if we should just move on and be "fine".
All in all, there are numerous things that change or end that leave us feeling hurt, incomplete, or numb. We either fall apart or push it waaaay down and move on. Neither of these are actually correct forms of grieving.
Neither of these will let you move on properly.
*Avoiding correct grieving processes can cause symptoms similar to depression and a sense of feeling overwhelmed. It can also cause unhealthy choices, cyclic behaviors, and a sense of being "easily-triggered" by comments, people, places, events, and situations.
While there are support groups and therapists that can aid in your process, The Grief Recovery Method actually takes you through a step by step program that teaches you why you are not moving on, how to grieve properly so that you can grieve the loss and complete the relationship/event/disappointment, and how to successfully move forward without carrying the grief any longer.
You must be willing to do the work. It is quite simple, yet you must be ready to be honest and real, so that you may let go of that which you are carrying. If you are ready to let go and see a new you and experience an even happier life, we can help!

"Some things used to trigger me in an argument. I hated that I could go from fine to upset so quickly. I kind of knew why, but I didn't really want to take the time to look at it or know how to stop those feelings from resurfacing. I wasn't always sure I wanted to, in hopes they would protect me from getting hurt again! Nothing triggers me anymore. The past hurts I dealt with are literally gone. I would have never believed it until I tried it."
Amy W. , Personal Trainer
"Helping our children through the grieving process of our divorce was the healthiest thing we could have ever done. I truly believe we would never have been able to be so clear headed and healthy with them through this without this class."
