WE MUST GO BACK AND DISCOVER YOUR CORE BELIEFS. THEN...WE MUST CHANGE THEM FOR GOOD.
This is what I teach you how to do and walk you through step by step.
- Things happen in life.
- These things bring about a feeling.
- That feeling creates a thought or CORE BELIEF.
- From this thought, we determine how to respond/act.
- From then on, whenever we have a similar feeling, we will inevitably validate that same thought (about ourselves, love, relationships, how to handle situations and people, etc) and respond in the same way as when we first established that belief (many of these are established as a child, which is why often you respond almost child-like...go figure).
