This is an 12 week program, which includes a free initial visit to determine desired goals and prescribed support. You will receive 5 one hour sessions, 7 weeks of the full Life Recovery Program One on One,as well as support through texting and emails. During coaching, you may call, email, text, and maintain contact with your Coach to continue receiving support.
You will be guided step by step through discovering root issues that are leading to your feeling of being stuck or incapable of changing your life and learn how to be in the moment and set/achieve goals to find peace, success, and freedom from the past.
